The small diagonal holes scrape hard butter into threads that can be spread as is. The serrated blade can be used to remove burnt bits. The handle and blade are molded as one piece, not welded, so they are durable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit refund.

If a store credit refund is approved, a gift certificate will be issued to your email address. The gift certificate can be used for online or in store purchases.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
